Digital Products — All Sales Are Final

Because our eBooks are digital products that are delivered and made available for download immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access to the digital product has been provided.

Unlike a physical product, a downloaded eBook cannot be returned after it has been accessed or received.

If you experience a technical problem with your download, receive the wrong product, or are unable to access your purchase, please contact us. We will make sure you receive the digital product you purchased.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have where a refund is required by applicable law.
